Rumour also has it that the Emperor himself might get a lifetime achievement award this year, though that might go to Steve Jobs. Given the current financial climate Admiral Akbar is unable to justify the carbon emissions of hyperspace travel and is no longer attending. Do you want his ticket? I'd listen to him, I'm sure he'd do a better job of the "dealing with poor performance" course I attended the other year... "Using the full power of the dark side of the force imagine a snake coiling around your employees throat tighter and tighter, as he/she begins to slump to the ground mutter "you have disappointed me for the last time *** (insert job position)", then turn away quickly enough to make your cape billow impressively.
