If anyone can figure out what actions I need to take (or not to take) and when I’m supposed to complete this (or not complete this) then please let me know, I’m desperately trying to figure out whether this needs to go on my “TO DO” list or whether I need to start a new “NOT TO DO” list.
In any case I don’t think you’ll have an answer, so please tell me nothing ASAP

I have worked at a Japanese company for several years and have nearly perfected my “translation” skills (or Japlish…but that just sounds a bit racist!). Let me try to help.
I think he/she is asking you to tell them anything that you know about the product (mistakenly used nothing, instead of something…it happens). And also saying a bit time sensitive, so please reply quickly with whatever info know or can obtain easily (actually they would love for you to drop everything you are doing and find all the details NOW).
Hope you replied and did not lose face Dingle! If you do, you will be required to bow very deeply which will lead to great shame for you and your family. Suicide is often the best fix.
Actually, after thinking about it for a while I figured what they mean’t was “tell us ‘nothing’ ASAP”, i.e. confirm that we have nothing.
Hmm, I don’t think I replied yet EQ, what sort of bow can you recommend? I’ve been practising my perpetual ojigi but I’m not sure that’s enough, should I consider doge-fuse or even doge-umari?? Maybe seppuku would be easier..
