One of my colleagues visited Thailand a couple of weeks back and took a photo of this newspaper advertisement for a plastic surgeon (in the Bangkok Post).

For reference, “Orchiectomy” = castration

So, so many questions left unanswered:

• Surely a sex change (man to woman) includes breast enlargement? does having your “hoo-hoo-dilly” turned into a “toot-toot” really only cost 250USD? (1625USD minus 1125USD for the tits and 125USD for the orchiectomy)
• Is a sex change from a man to a woman the same price as for a woman to a man?
• If a man who wants to be a woman teams up with a woman who wants to be a man can they just swap brains and get a discount? or just their sexy bits?
• If two trains are travelling from London to Edinburgh at 150mph and one stops for ten minutes and then proceeds at 200mph while the other chugs along at 150mph, how big do you think they can make the drivers’ breast enlargements in train 2?

Anyway, I’m off to Thailand in a week or so for work, at that price I’m actually contemplating getting a toot-toot installed on my right arm, they’re going to be like the new tattoos I reckon, I’ll probably get them to electrolysis it into a permanent brazilian mind you..
